Who we are
WDR Mississauga is a water damage restoration company based at 166 Dundas St W, Mississauga, ON L5B 2N6, Canada. You can reach us on (877) 738-2893 at any hour, or by email at dispatch@waterdamagerestorationmississauga.ca.
What we collect
We collect only what a restoration job needs. That falls into three groups:
- Contact details you give us. Name, phone number, email address, neighbourhood and the service you asked about, taken from our contact form or from a phone call.
- Job records. Property address, photographs of the loss, moisture readings, drying logs and the written scope. These are created during structural drying and the work that follows.
- Basic site data. Standard web server records such as pages viewed and approximate region. We do not build advertising profiles from it.
Why we hold it
- To dispatch a crew and complete the restoration you asked for.
- To prepare an estimate and answer your questions.
- To support your insurance claim, where you ask us to deal with your adjuster.
- To meet record-keeping duties that apply to certified restoration work in Ontario.
Who we share it with
We share your information with your insurer or adjuster only when you ask us to handle the claim. Independent hygienists receive the job details they need to run clearance testing on mould remediation work. We never sell your information, and we never pass it to advertisers or data brokers.
How long we keep it
Job files, including photographs and moisture logs, are held for the length of our five-year workmanship warranty so that claims and warranty questions can be answered. Enquiries that never became a job are deleted within 12 months.
Your rights
Under Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) you can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where no legal or warranty duty requires us to keep it. Email dispatch@waterdamagerestorationmississauga.ca and we reply inside 30 days.
You can also raise a concern with the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
Cookies and third parties
This site loads web fonts from Google Fonts and embeds Google Maps on our contact and neighbourhood pages. Those services set their own cookies under their own privacy terms. We set no advertising or tracking cookies of our own.
Changes to this policy
We update this page when our practices change, and the date at the top always shows the current version. Material changes are noted here rather than applied quietly.
